Seasonal Sensory Fillers

Seasonal Sensory Fillers

Bring a little seasonal magic to playtime.

Our seasonal sensory fillers give you a fun, seasonal base for open-ended play at home. Add scoops, bowls, cups, toys, or little treasures you already have and let your child scoop, pour, dig, discover, and imagine.

What is sensory filler?

Sensory filler is the material that creates the foundation for sensory play—the stuff little hands can scoop, pour, dig, bury, discover, and explore.

Our seasonal fillers are designed to be fun all on their own, with plenty of texture and chunky pieces to explore. You don't need to add anything to get started. But if you want to personalize your play, you can add scoops, cups, bowls, animals, vehicles, or other small toys you already have at home.

How much is 5 cups?

Each bag contains approximately 5 cups of sensory filler—enough for a fun play setup without needing a huge bin.

5 cups will:

• Fill the bottom of a large IKEA TROFAST bin

• Give you plenty of material for a small TROFAST bin

• Work great in a tabletop sensory tray

• Leave room to add tools or toys if you'd like

Want a deeper sensory bin or more room to spread out? Two bags will give you even more to explore.

Ways to Play

There's no one right way to play with sensory filler. Try:

• Scoop + pour

• Dig + discover

• Sort + collect

• Pretend + imagine

• Build a small world

• Explore + play
